This is W-2 employment — not contract or gig work.
What You’ll Do
Professionally clean and reset short-term rental homes between guest stays
Change and launder linens, remake beds, and restock supplies
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to Host Boise standards
Perform light deep-cleaning and inventory restocking as needed
Report damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns
Manage your time independently to meet check-in deadlines
Schedule & Availability
Availability between 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM is required
Some days may start earlier or end later, depending on workload
Must be able to work most Sundays
Typical hours: 20–40 hours/week
Pay & Compensation
Cleaning assignments start at $16/hour with performance bonuses available after training is complete (around week 2)
Most efficient cleaners earn $18–$22/hour within their first month
Top performers earn up to $26/hour

Prior cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus — training provided
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Smartphone for scheduling and updates
Ability to pass a background check
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
