Operations Specialist

The Company:

The Role:

Join a growing financial services organization and launch your career on its Document Image Services team in Fort Mill, SC. As a Document Imaging Specialist, you will run high-speed document scanners to turn physical documents into digital images. You will also help with custody documentation, process deposits, and manage physical mail and documents for a nationwide network of financial advisors. This contract-to-hire role is a strong entry point for detail-oriented professionals who want to build a long-term career in financial services.

Required Skills:

• Background in financial services, processing, or customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet strict daily deadlines under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience as a bank teller or in a similar transaction-processing role
• Experience with document scanning, imaging, or mail processing
• Familiarity with Documentum, Adobe, Siebel, or similar document management systems
• Basic knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, stocks, and annuities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required
• Prior experience following set procedures across several applications in a production environment

Other Requirements:

• Must work fully onsite at our client’s Fort Mill, SC location
