CAGE Engineering Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Scrum Master to join our growing team. As a company specializing in civil engineering and construction management, we are committed to adopting agile methodologies to enhance our project coordination and delivery. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will help facilitate our agile processes, ensuring our teams can work efficiently and effectively. You will support the project teams by removing impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that Scrum principles are understood and followed. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in facilitating Scrum events: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Support the Product Owner and development team to ensure project goals are met. * Help remove obstacles that may be blocking the team's progress. * Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters open communication. * Track and communicate team progress and metrics. **Requirements:** * Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. * Prior experience in a similar role or a relevant certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster®) is a plus but not required.
