What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Fall Clean‑Up Tasks : Raking leaves, lifting and hauling yard waste, and other seasonal maintenance.
• Snow Event Support : Shoveling, salting, and clearing snow during winter events. Snow events can range from 8–10 hours for smaller storms to up to 30 hours for larger ones.
• Physical Work : You’ll need to lift up to 50 lbs (leaves, salt, etc.) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Haves:

• Physical ability to handle tasks like raking, lifting, and shoveling for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work during snow events, often on short notice.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably.

Preferred (but not required):

• A valid driver’s license.
• Experience in lawn care or as a plow operator.
