In this role, you will lead end-to-end localization projects from concept level to go-live, coordinating across marketing, design, video services, legal, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management: Oversee localization workflows from scoping, planning, and task tracking to go-live. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams, design, video services, legal, and international vendors to ensure aggressive deadlines and quality standards are met. Asset & Copy Management: Manage international copy and creative assets for store, marketing, and social media campaigns. Team Representation: Lead and represent the localization team in cross-functional kick-offs, strategy sessions, and presentations. Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, tools, and localization infrastructure. Key Qualifications 5+ years of localization project management experience handling language launches, digital marketing, or media localization. Proven track record of managing high-volume copy and assets across multiple languages (up to 40 simultaneously). Strong understanding of online marketing, global asset distribution, and international marketing copy. Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and strong cultural sensitivity. Proficient with industry-standard localization tools and workflows. Comfortable working on the Mac platform/iOS with familiarity with brand media products and UI terminology. Linguistic expertise in at least one non-English language is a plus.
