SALARY INCREASES: Receive a salary increase on your anniversary date each year. Additionally, receive a 6% COLA increase in January 2027 per Union contract. REQUIRES: HS diploma/GED, six months office assistant support, proficient in Microsoft Office 365 software and ability to type accurately and with reasonable speed. Provides excellent positive customer service and assists the public. Oversees program registrations, facility reservations, accounts payable, and scholarship applications. Supports Parks and Recreation staff with projects and communications as requested. Prepares materials and takes minutes for the Park Advisory Board.
