About Us
We are a privately owned real estate investment/development company . We are bringing management in-house for our portfolio of short-term residential rentals ( Airbnb/VRBO) , long-term rentals and commercial office properties .
This is not a third-party management position. You will manage properties owned by our affiliated companies and report directly to ownership .
The Role
You will lead day-to-day operations and be accountable for portfolio performance . That covers STR revenue and guest experience, LTR occupancy and collections, maintenance costs, and the systems and team behind them.
