\nWe’re looking for a Regional Nurse Consultant to own clinical operations and regulatory compliance across several Central Valley SNFs. You’ll partner directly with Directors of Nursing and Administrators—not just advising, but driving the improvement work. This is a high-impact role for someone who has led at the DON level and is ready to operate across a portfolio.
\n \nWhat You’ll Own
\n \nClinical operations oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities
\nRegulatory compliance — federal, state, local — including infection control and incident management
\nQuality improvement — building and tracking performance metrics that move the needle
\nMentorship and development of DONs and clinical staff at each site
\nRegular site audits and inspections with clear, actionable findings
\n \nWhat We're Looking For

\n5+ Years as DON in SNF
