You'll be responsible for operating heavy machinery to efficiently clear snow and ice, ensuring high-quality service that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment, including plows, loaders, and skid steers, to remove snow and ice from designated areas.Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to snow removal team members, ensuring efficient and coordinated efforts.Communication: Promptly report any issues or service opportunities to account managers.Experience and SkillsHeavy Equipment Operation: Proven experience operating snow removal equipment.Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices.Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate with team members effectively.Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address challenges that arise during snow removal.Position RequirementsValid driver's license and a clean driving record.On-Call Availability: Ability to work during late-night or early-morning hours, often on short notice.Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.Prior experience in snow removal or a similar role is preferred.Company: The idea for the Klausing Group was formed in 1992 by two teenage brothers on a mission to buy a car.
